Qualifications:
Essential Function of Position Effectively and ethically plan, direct, coordinate and perform the accounting and other financial activities of the company ensuring compliance with company financial policies, legal deadlines and requirements. Draw upon Deltek expertise to perform government contracting accounting functions. Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements, give advice, or review and evaluate statements prepared by others. Install or advise on systems of recording costs or other financial and budgetary data. Responsibilities include:

The wage range for this role factors the wide range of issues that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to training, experience, certifications, licenses, and other organizational and business needs. At Coleman, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74370.67 to 95661.01. You may also be eligible to participate in a Coleman discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
